EU Warehouse & Dealer Program
For European dealers, the most valuable page in the AMOTO company profile is the warehouse: the company states it has run an overseas warehouse in the Netherlands since 2020, with European deliveries typically within 3–7 days.
Amoto Wheels B.V. — the European company
The company's published FAQ material states that Amoto Wheels B.V., based in Dronten in the Netherlands, is AMOTO's European company: it operates the EU warehouse and provides local sales, invoicing, warranty and after-sales support for European customers, delivering orders in 3–7 days. Read that sentence carefully, because it is the whole program in outline: a European legal counterparty, stock held inside the EU, invoicing locally, and warranty and after-sales support provided in Europe rather than from China.
Two boundaries matter. First, the 3–7 day figure is the warehouse-delivery statement — it applies to orders fulfilled from EU stock, not to factory production orders from Hangzhou, whose lead times are confirmed per order at inquiry. Second, which models are held in the Netherlands at any moment is a stock question, not a catalog question: the catalog does note individual warehouse-held listings (the folding three-wheel elderly scooter, for example, is listed as held at the European warehouse — see folding mobility scooters), but live availability must be confirmed when you write.
What dealers should ask first
- Stock position by model. Name the model codes (the EH Citycoco series and the A11/A21/A31 flagships are the usual starting set) and ask which are EU-stocked versus factory-order.
- Documents per model. Run the certification routine for each stocked model before listing it for sale.
- Warranty handling. Confirm how warranty and after-sales cases are processed through Amoto Wheels B.V. for your market, and which parts are held in Europe — the accessories and parts conversation belongs here.
- Exhibition meetings. The company states it exhibits at EICMA (Italy), INTERMOT (Germany) and the Canton Fair — the natural venues to inspect the range in person.
Dealers outside Europe are served from Hangzhou directly; the company's stated main markets also include South America and the United States. Wherever you are, the first step is the same: model codes and quantities to the inquiry form, and we will route the conversation to the right desk.
How the two routes divide the range
Dealers planning a season can run two conversations in parallel. The first is warehouse stock for the fast retail lines — the EH Citycoco series above all, the models a dealer needs this week in ones and twos. The second is an order-led conversation for the configuration-heavy families — sanitation trikes, passenger formats, four-wheel specials — where the inquiry settles configuration and documents first. Which specific models are held in the Netherlands at any given moment is a stock question, confirmed at inquiry (as noted above); the split described here is a planning habit we recommend, not a fixed fulfilment rule. The company's stated presence at EICMA and INTERMOT gives European dealers a third route for the specials: inspect the physical machine at the show, then order it through whichever channel the timeline needs.
A note on the statements themselves
The warehouse facts on this page — the 2020 start, the Dronten company, the 3–7 day delivery window, the local invoicing and after-sales — are the company's published statements about its own European operation, reproduced here with attribution. They describe the programme as the company presents it; your dealer agreement and your first stock order are where its terms become specific to you.
